How to make the world’s cutest Easter brekkie:

Recipe:

  • 1-2 zucchinis (depends on size)
  • 3 eggs
  • Garlic powder + S&P to taste + Onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Spiralize zucchini
  2. Place in a colander in the sink and sprinkle salt on top. Let the zucchini noodz sit for 15-20 minutes
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F
  4. Pat the zucchini noodz dry with a paper towel
  5. Sprinkle S&P and other desired seasonings on the zucchini noodz –I like to add garlic powder and onion powder!
  6. Separate the egg yolk from the yolk
  7. Mix the egg white into the zucchini noodz and put the egg yolks in a bowl
  8. Divide the zucchini noodz into your silicone muffin cups and put one egg yold in the center of each.
  9. Bake for ~15 minutes!
