This dessert is also known as “nice cream” because it is vegan, gluten free, and dairy free! This potassium- filled treat aids in digestion, contains antioxidants, AND has the perfect ice cream texture.
Splash of almond milk
1 T slivered almonds
1/2 T dark chocolate (vegan if desired)
1/2 T natural peanut butter
1 t coconut oil
Cut the banana and freeze overnight. Blend the banana, with a splash of almond milk until smooth. In a small bowl, melt the peanut butter, dark chocolate, and coconut oil in the microwave. Drizzle the mixture on top of the blended banana and top it off with slivered almonds!
Tip: Add as little of almond milk as possible if you wish for a thicker texture.
