5 INGREDIENT MAPLE TAHINI DRESSING

IDK about you, but my pantry was a sh*t show and in DIRE need of a clean up.

I tapped into my inner Marie Kondo. T-god for spring cleaning!

I emptied out my entire pantry and went through every ingredient. No shocker here, but my high fiber flours did indeed spark joy. 😉

After sifting through about 8 different GF flours and 2 1/2 jars of SF maple syrup, I found my abandoned tahini.

FYI: Tahini is made from ground sesame seeds, making it a great swap for someone with nut allergies! Tahini does have a bitter taste, but the maple syrup in this recipe cuts the bitterness.

That’s the thing about spring cleaning — you find the little gems you forget about!!

Tahini should NOT be abandoned for a few reasons.

  • SALAD: savory salads will have FOMO

  • APPLE SLICES: easy peasy snack.

  1. Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender until well-combined
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days
