OATMEAL RAISIN ENERGY BALLS

Is adulting when you prefer oatmeal raisin cookies over M&M ??

I’ve been an oatmeal raisin cookie gal since I was a little kid. There is something just SO COMFORTING about it.

You guys know that I am OBSESSED with my blueberry muffin energy balls, mocha energy balls, and pumpkin spice energy balls, SO it was only a matter of time until I made an oatmeal raisin energy ball.

Recipe

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder ( i use this brand )
  • 3/4 cup cashew butter ( the drippy kind )
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 T maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add cashew butter and maple syrup. Mix mix mix.
  3. Roll the dough into little balls.
  4. Store in fridge!
